Who is responsible for data processing?
BQ is responsible for processing your personal data for the purpose of providing you with the services identified in this Privacy Policy.
BQ is a company domiciled at C/ Mahón, 6, escalera 1, bajo A, 28290, Las Rozas, Madrid (Spain), and its NIF number is B87789723 (hereinafter, “BQ”).
At BQ we are committed to the fundamental right to the protection of your personal data, and this Privacy Policy aims to inform you about your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

What information do we process?
We collect information about you when you contact us through the contact form.
When you contact us through these channels, we will request your full name, email address, professional information (position), and the reason for your inquiry.
All fields not marked as optional in the form are mandatory. Omitting any of them may make it impossible for us to resolve your inquiry. You must provide truthful information. Identity impersonation or the use of aliases or anonymous names is prohibited.
When providing any data requested through the channels, you may not use offensive expressions, names that match trademarks, trade names, names or pseudonyms of public figures or celebrities for whose use you are not authorized.
To ensure that the information provided is always up to date and error-free, you must inform BQ as soon as possible of any changes to your personal data.
Likewise, by clicking the “Send” button included in the form, you declare that the information and data you have provided are accurate and truthful.
What is the source of the data?
We consider that all data processed by BQ has been freely provided by you.
If the personal data provided belongs to a third party, you guarantee that you have informed them of this Privacy Policy and obtained their authorization to provide their data to BQ for the purposes indicated above. Likewise, you guarantee that the data provided is accurate and up to date, and you accept responsibility for any direct or indirect damage that may arise as a result of failing to comply with this obligation.
For what purpose and on what legal basis do we process data?
BQ acts as the data controller for personal data processing for the following purposes and according to the following legal bases:
Based on the management of the contractual or pre-contractual relationship:
- Respond to your information requests made through the website, as well as facilitate the exercise of your rights.
- Manage possible incidents that you report to us in relation to Baiq.
- Review your comments or suggestions.
Based on compliance with BQ legal obligations:
- Allow users to exercise their rights recognized in the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and portability), as well as in other national or European data protection regulations.
- Comply with obligations established in tax, accounting and fiscal regulations, as well as legislation on consumer and user protection, information society services and electronic commerce, and any other sector-specific or general regulations applicable to the activity carried out by BQ.
Based on the existence of a legitimate interest on the part of BQ:
- Keep you informed about BQ products and services related to those previously contracted and that may be of interest to you.
- Carry out periodic reviews of our services and satisfaction surveys in order to evaluate and improve the quality of the service we provide.
- Carry out internal reviews and, where appropriate, contact you in the event that potential fraud or identity impersonation is detected or reasonably suspected.

Who is data communicated to?
All transfers of personal data that we carry out are necessary to fulfill the indicated purposes, or are made to comply with a legal obligation:
- To public administrations and the administration of justice, and to state security forces and bodies, in compliance with applicable legal obligations.
- Companies providing IT services, tools, or IT infrastructure on which BQ services are based, such as hosting providers, CRMs, emailing service providers, etc.
- Financial service providers, such as payment service providers or banks, for managing payment for services you have contracted with BQ.
In this regard, we inform you that any transfer that takes place will be carried out taking into account all necessary legal safeguards. Likewise, we guarantee that we sign specific contracts with all our service providers as required by regulations.
Likewise, BQ guarantees that if there are providers located in countries outside the European Union or in countries not considered adequate under data protection regulations, the necessary precautions are taken to ensure data can be transferred securely, either because the provider offers adequate safeguards, including, among others, signing the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or because one of the exceptions provided by regulations applies.
Exercise of your rights.
We inform you that you may exercise the following rights:

- In addition, when you receive any communication from us, by clicking the unsubscribe section included in that communication, you may unsubscribe from all previously accepted commercial communications.
When you exercise your rights, and only in the event we have doubts about your identity, we may request additional information to verify your identity.
Likewise, we inform you that you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you consider that we have infringed data protection legislation regarding the processing of your personal data.
In addition, we inform you that you may register on the Robinson List at www.listarobinson.es, the advertising exclusion system managed by the Spanish Association for the Digital Economy (ADIGITAL); or on the StopPublicidad List of the Spanish Association for Digital Privacy at https://listastoppublicidad.com/es/home, where you can register to express your objection to the use of your data for sending commercial communications.
Data retention period.
We will only keep your data for the time necessary to manage your request, suggestion, or complaint. Once this ends, your data will be blocked so that it is only available in the event of a judicial request or a request from a competent public authority, during the limitation periods established by applicable regulations.
Security and confidentiality.
In order to prevent unauthorized access or unauthorized disclosure of personal data, we have taken appropriate technical and physical measures, as well as management processes, to safeguard and secure the information we collect from you.
Minors.
Minors under 14 years of age may not use the services available through our website without prior authorization from their parents, guardians, or legal representatives, who will be solely responsible for all actions carried out through the site by the minors in their care, including completing forms with the personal data of such minors and, where applicable, checking the corresponding boxes. In this regard, and to the extent that BQ has no ability to control whether users are minors, parents and guardians must enable the necessary mechanisms to prevent minors from accessing the website and/or providing personal data without their supervision, and BQ accepts no responsibility in this regard.
Privacy Policy updates.
We make our best efforts to keep our Privacy Policy fully updated. If we make changes, they will be clearly identifiable in a clear and specific manner, as far as possible within the relationship we have established with you (for example, we may communicate changes by email).
